A fitout for Bespoke Constructions comprising of a warehouse conversion into two tenancies. Architecture by Tim Stewart Architects and internal fitout by Flokk Interiors.

Our work for Bespoke Constructions included designing the layout, finishes and material selection for both office spaces, including bathrooms, kitchenettes and custom filing solutions.

The Bespoke office was personalised to accomodate an elevated warehouse filled with greenery. Soft olive greens, natural Gioia stone, raw blockwork and concrete finishes are juxtaposed with pops of colour in the curated furniture which also consists of a custom designed coffee table in electric blue.

The second tenancy, designed as a neutral backdrop allowing tenants to inject their personality while remaining cohesive with tenancy 1 consists of warm greys, blonde timber, concrete and luxe linen to soften the industrial edges.
